Acrokeratoelastoidosis of Costa (also known as "Keratoelastoidosis marginalis") is a familial condition characterized by multiple keratotic papules on the dorsum of the hands and feet, palms, soles, in which electron microscopy shows rarified, abnormal elastic tissue.〔Freedberg, et al.
